The provides in-rushcurrent control to limit system voltage droop andtransients. The current limit and power dissipation inthe external series pass N-Channel MOSFET areprogrammable, ensuring operation within the SafeOperating Area (SOA). The POWER GOOD outputindicates when the output voltage is within 1.25 V ofthe input voltage. The input undervoltage andovervoltage lockout levels and hysteresis areprogrammable, as well as the initial insertion delaytime and fault detection time.
