[求助] 向各位大侠请教一个sentaurus安装的问题，安装到最后一步啦！！！！

各位大虾们好，我现在用ubuntu系统安装sentaurus，已经安装到了最后一步了。出现了“使用权限”的问题，卡在这里不知道怎么办？所以在这里征求大家智慧。在这里先谢谢了~~
