NO.635-【猎头职位：上海需要多位  EDA Software R&D manager】联系人：Ted-Han,邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位了！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！岗位职责：1、manage the softwareR&D department, direct and lead the work of technical staff;2、lead the R&D ofEDA tools (e.g., the automatic placement and routing tools, the system-levelsimulation and analysis platform for signal integrity analysis, thermal andstress analysis, etc.) for the chiplet-based system design and configuration;3、manage and controlthe project and project delivery teams to meet project deadlines. 岗位要求：1、bachelordegree or above in computer, software engineering, microelectronics,communicationand related majors;2、proficient in C/C++,Python, Java, QT and other programming languages, excellently practicalprogramming abilities;3、5~8 years' worth ofrelevant EDA software (especially the IC/FPGA placement and routing tools,etc.) R&D experience, proficient in software engineering development; 4、strong project managementexperience in managing large scale software R&D projects at enterpriselevel is preferred;5、familiar with cloudapplication tools development is preferred;6、familiar with themajor EDA tools (e.g., SI, PI, STA tools, etc.) and IC design flow ispreferred;7、strong verbal andwritten communication skills, excellent problem solving skills福利：五险一金   补充医疗保险   股票期权   带薪年假   绩效奖金   年终奖金
