NO.162-【猎头职位：上海需要一位  Accounting Manager】联系人：Grace-Tai,邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位了！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！Job Description:1.      Lead daily accounting processes and ensure company’s accounting policies/procedures are executed correctly and efficiently2.      Day to day management of GL and AP team and ensure the team are deployed in accordance with operational standards3.      Oversee efficient and accurate closure of month end accounts4.      Monitor performance of team, set clearly defined performance objectives5.      Manage appropriate accounting treatment, set technical accounting guidance and co-ordinate consolidation across all legal entities if required6.      Manage tax matters relating to multiple entities and branch offices, interact with the tax authorities7.      Key liaison with auditors, ensure all financial controls and processes are compliant throughout the business.Job Requirement:1.      Bachelor degree in Accounting or finance related major2.      Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certificates3.      Minimum of 3 years management experience in a similar position4.      Strong background in management of finance operations environment, and experience of delivering a continuous improvement agenda5.      Accurately able to communicate with senior stakeholders and management team6.      Very strong command of motivation and team building techniques, manage team members effectively7.      Good Command of SAP, Oracle or other ERP system, MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint8.      Target and results driven福利：五险一金+bonus+RSU+ESPP
