Prospect and develop designservice business in target territory. Take and achieve the challenging annualquota;2. Build up and maintain strongrelationship with customers;3. Develop and update clearly salesplan and strategy for target accounts;4. Be responsible for learning exactcustomer’s requirement and get back to company;5. Be responsible for finding newbusiness opportunity; communicate effectively between the technical team andcustomers; negotiate the price and contract terms with customers;6. Communicate with internaldifferent technical teams to provide best service for customers.Key skills &knowledge: 1. Bachelor degree or above in EE orrelated majors;2. Knowledge in IC design,manufacture, IP, etc.;3. 5+ years experience in IC designor manufacture industry is a must;4. 3+ years sales experience is amust;5. Experience in IC design serviceis a plus;6.
