KeyAccountabilities:1Build strong partnershiprelationships with customers;2Manage supportrequests and co-ordinate IT Shenzhen/IT HK support teams to deliver withinagreed timescales; 3Scheduledevelopment, testing and maintenance to ensure appropriate quality checks havebeen completed; 4Manage customerprojects and oversee implementations for on time delivery;5Review servicefailures and produce incident reports when required;6Validate,negotiate and process service credits; 7Produce andmaintain service improvement plans;8Manageresources in IT Shenzhen;9Ensureappropriate documentation is in place for specific support requirements;10Organize andchair monthly/quarterly review meetings;11Identifyproject opportunities. - Produce ad-hoc reports when required; 12Lead, train andmanage delivery team to reach the company KPI.
Key PerformanceIndicators1Strive towardsa world class target of 85% above utilization rate;2Ensure high Endof Ticket Ratings through world class Service Delivery Management; 3Regular engagementwithin the portfolio, including onsite (minimum once week);4Contribute toinstall base growth by identifying new business / upgrade opportunities;5Control creditmemos through good administrative control and negotiation on service failures.
