【猎头职位:深圳需要一位DevelopmentManager】联系人:Judy-Wu,邮箱:hr@kthr.com,微信也可查询职位啦!打开手机微信,搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加,欢迎大家关注!JobRequirements: 1、Bachelor degreeor above, majoring in Computer Science or related disciplines;2、Extensiveexperience in a Service Delivery role;3、Provenexperiences to lead a large delivery team;4、StrongExperience in the IT industry with a good understanding of InternetTechnologies ( at least 10 years or above); 5、Foundationlevel understanding of Project Management; 6、Understandingof IT industry working practices / methodologies;7、ITIL foundationcertification desirable but not essential;8、Tenaciousproblem solver, will own issues until full resolution;9、Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail;10、Strong rapportand relationship building skills with both internal departments and externalcustomers;11、Excellentnetworking skills, ability to navigate organizations and build strongrelationships with C level leaders;12、Strongnegotiation skills; 13、Experience ofworking with public sector clients (specifically with commercial involvement);14、A good level ofbusiness awareness and commercial acumen;15、Ability tocreate wow / delighter moments with customers;16、Strongorganizational, time management and prioritization skills;17、Able to take acreative approach to situations and problem solving. KeyAccountabilities:1、Build strong partnershiprelationships with customers;2、Manage supportrequests and co-ordinate IT Shenzhen/IT HK support teams to deliver withinagreed timescales; 3、Scheduledevelopment, testing and maintenance to ensure appropriate quality checks havebeen completed; 4、Manage customerprojects and oversee implementations for on time delivery;5、Review servicefailures and produce incident reports when required;6、Validate,negotiate and process service credits; 7、Produce andmaintain service improvement plans;8、Manageresources in IT Shenzhen;9、Ensureappropriate documentation is in place for specific support requirements;10、Organize andchair monthly/quarterly review meetings;11、Identifyproject opportunities. - Produce ad-hoc reports when required; 12、Lead, train andmanage delivery team to reach the company KPI.
Key PerformanceIndicators:1、Strive towardsa world class target of 85% above utilization rate;2、Ensure high Endof Ticket Ratings through world class Service Delivery Management; 3、Regular engagementwithin the portfolio, including onsite (minimum once week);4、Contribute toinstall base growth by identifying new business / upgrade opportunities;5、Control creditmemos through good administrative control and negotiation on service failures.
