Responsibilities:
1.  Participate PRD and system level specification, and take responsibility of design specification document；
2.  Perform block and top level circuit design, simulation and test for wirelss product；
3.  Manage and lead RF design team to finish product development in time；
4.  Training RF designers to implement low cost/low power circuit design；
5.  Perform RFIC and system test, verification and debug in the lab；
6.  Assist PM to ensure product deliver in quality and time line.
Requirements:
1.  Master's degree or plus  in EE or semiconductor areas；
2.  Minimum 8 years experience in RFIC circuit design；
3.  Good knowledge of wireless communication system；
4.  Good project experiences in RFIC product developing；
5.  Leading or managing experiences in team job；
6.  Good people communication skill and team work spirit.
