Support PIE to improve CCC FVI and ATEyield；3. Support MFG/EE team to meet CCC output；4. Support MFG team to arrange output plan；5. Support RD to transfer new technology& product；6. Support new tool evaluation,installation and tuning；7. Support Sales & marketing to delivercustomer samples。 Responsibilities:Primary (70%):1. Yield improvement (Line yield, Lens FVIyield, CCC FVI yield)；2. Maintain LIE process KPI；3. CCC output & MPS；4. RD project new technology and producttransfer；5. Customer sample deliver。 Secondary (30%):1. CCC output & MPS plan；2. Support EE team to maintain equipment。 Requirements:1. BS/MS/PhD education in Engineeringrelated field；2. Lens Stacking/Die saw (wafer level)/Diestacking/CCC process skill；3. Manufacturing mass production experience；4. Optics and R&D related workingexperience；5. Good communication, organization andpresentation in English skills；6. Good people retention and trainingskills。
