Requirements：> 10years system or hardware teammanagement experiences > 5 years System Architect experiencesBroad network in the mobile phone designindustry, familiar with main stream vendor, OEMs, ODMs and IDHsFamiliar with the key component sourcingand pricing in mobile phone designFamiliar with operational tasks with ODMsand OEMs like NPI, DFM, RMA, etcMust have software development backgroundand working experiences Good at data analysis and data mining Good communication skill sets good atleadership and convince Good spoken and written English Education Requirements                   MSEE is required
