library explorer打开出问题，跪求解决！！！

cadence的版本是16.3，执行library explorer时，会出现对话框：“for the advanced data managerment option,Please use the pcb librarian expert license"请问大家这是怎么回事？是不是没破解好？如果没破解好，请问附件中的方法是不是有问题？还请大家能提供个好的破解方法。最后不需要重装，因为重装时间太长了。 网友评论
