NO.400-【猎头职位：上海、西安需要多位  Senior Analog Design Engineer（PMIC）】联系人：Sophie-Song,邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位了！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！岗位职责：1、Buck behavior model build up, key parameters simulation, fine tune and verification;2、Define specifications of blocks and create design documentation;3、All function block circuit level design, simulation and verification;4、Supervise layout floor plan and design of each function blocks;5、Silicon evaluation test, characterization and debugging;6、Production test development support.岗位要求：1、BSEE or above with at least 2 years of experience in switch power IC development;2、Experience in switch power supply behavior model build up;3、Experience in Buck power IC circuit design;4、Ability to supervise layout floor plan and design;5、Good understanding of BCD process, model for switch power supply IC design;6、Proficiency of EDA design tools (Simplis, Spectre, HSPICE, etc);7、Good Lab experience in switch power IC testing;8、Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills, positive attitude;9、Willing to take challenges and to solve difficult technical problems;10、Quick learner.福利：五险一金   补充医疗保险  员工旅游  绩效奖金  年终奖金  弹性工作
