Help streamline day-to-day operations岗位要求：1、Awareness on an excellent level2、Demonstrated proficiency in Program Management including understanding of Automotive SPICE, ISO 9001, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 and PMI3、Experience with methods used during all product development phases4、Decision making and problem-solving ability5、Knowledge about progress / project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence6、Knowledge about risk and opportunities management7、Highly motivated with an excellent communication skills8、BS/MS Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience9、5+ years recent Program/Project Management experience driving the planning and execution of hardware(Chip) engineering projects, and releasing commercial products10、Prior experience with Jira and Confluence, to the point that you can comfortable teach an engineering team how to use these tools11、A consistent track record of leading and successfully delivering medium to large programs and projects, process improvements12、Shown ability to evaluate and drive adoption of new and improved process workflows in rapidly growing organization.福利：五险一金   不打卡弹性  纯外资风格  牛人多  国外团队归国
