9V 12V推挽式变压器驱动器ZCC6602DESCRIPTIONThe ZCC6602 is amonolithic oscillator/power-driver, specifically designed for small formfactor, isolated powersupplies inisolated interface applications. It drives a low-profile, center-tappedtransformer primary from a 2.5 Vto 12V DC powersupply. The secondary can be wound to provide any isolated voltage based ontransformerturns ratio.The ZCC6602consists of an oscillator followed by a gate drive circuit that provides thecomplementary outputsignals to drivethe ground referenced N-channel power switches.
