NO.612-【猎头职位：上海需要多位  Program Manager / Sr. Program Manager】联系人：Edward-Duan,邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位了！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！岗位职责：1、Develops and executes timing, budget and resource plans;2、Responsible to ensure that the SOC product meets quality / performance requirements;3、Responsible to deliver the SOC product according to agreed timing,  development budget cost, quality requirements;4、Work closely with internal SOC design , SOC verification , NPU design/Verification team and plan & track SOC/NPU development;5、Responsible for risk assessment and Change Management;6、Single point communication for SOC project status reporting, risk assessment, change management, escalation and action plans to leadership and customer;7、Responsible for budget planning as well as Budget monitoring and Control;8、Monitoring and Control in all aspects of the SOC program, analysing Reports and driving of counter measures if needed;9、Assist in improving processes and procedures within the team. Help streamline day-to-day operations.岗位要求：1、Awareness on an excellent level;2、Demonstrated proficiency in Program Management including understanding of Automotive SPICE, ISO 9001, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 and PMI;3、Experience with methods used during all product development phases;4、Decision making and problem-solving ability;5、Knowledge about progress / project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence;6、Knowledge about risk and opportunities management;7、Highly motivated with an excellent communication skills;8、BS/MS Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience;9、5+ years recent Program/Project Management experience driving the planning and execution of hardware(Chip) engineering projects, and releasing commercial products;10、Prior experience with Jira and Confluence, to the point that you can comfortable teach an engineering team how to use these tools;11、A consistent track record of leading and successfully delivering medium to large programs and projects, process improvements;12、Shown ability to evaluate and drive adoption of new and improved process workflows in rapidly growing organization.福利：五险一金   不打卡弹性  纯外资风格  牛人多  国外团队归国
