The ZCC1005 integratesa 100-V 400-mΩ high-side MOSFET.The ZCC1005 delivers 1.5A continuous load currentwith up to 95% efficiency. The ZCC1005 operates with fixed frequency peakcurrent control with built-in compensation eliminates the need for externalcomponents.
