5A输出同步降压ZCC3605A替代LTC3605A The ZCC3605A is a highefficiency, monolithic synchro- nous buck regulator using a phase lockablecontrolled on-time constant frequency, current mode architecture. PolyPhaseoperation allows multiple ZCC3605A regula- torsto run out of phase while usingminimal input and output capacitance. The operating supply voltage range isfrom 20V down to 4V, making it suitable for dual, triple or quadruplelithium-ion battery inputs as well as point of load power supplyapplicationsfrom a 12V or 5V rail. The operating frequency is programmable from800kHz to 4MHzwithanexternalresistor.Thehighfrequency capa-bilityallowstheuseofsmallsurfacemountinductors.For switching noise sensitiveapplications, it can be externally synchronized from 800kHz to 4MHz. The PHMODEpin allows user control ofthe phase ofthe outgoing clock signal. The uniqueconstant frequency/controlled on-timearchitectureisidealforhighstep-downratioapplications that are operating at highfrequency while demanding fast transient response. Two internal phase-lockloops synchronize the internal oscillator to the externalclock and alsoservosthe regulator on-time to lockon toeither theinternalclockortheexternalclock ifit’spresent.
