28V 线性充电 ZCC3221替代CE3221INTRODUCTION ：The ZCC3221 is a complete constant-current/ constant-voltage linearcharger for single cell lithium rechargeable battery. No external senseresistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to the internalP-MOSFET architecture. Furthermore, the ZCC3221 is specifically designed towork with in USB power specifications. Its low external component count makesthe ZCC3221 ideally suited for portable applications. Thermal feedbackregulates the charge current to limit their temperature during high poweroperation or high ambient temperature. The charge current can be programmed externallywith a single resistor. The ZCC3221 automatically terminates the charge cyclewhen the charge current drops to 1/10ththe programmed value after the finalfloat voltage is reached.
