Prepare in-depth financial and data analysis for potential investments,including customer and management references, market sizing and mapping,and industry research Ø  Develop financial models relating to financings, restructurings, valuationanalyses and liquidity events Ø  Prepare thorough investment memorandum and presentations Ø  Develop investment themes within venture investment sector Ø  Maintain knowledge of existing investments and monitor financialperformance Ø  Prepare quarterly investment analysis and write-ups of existingdeals for investor and management reporting Ø  Support portfolio company management teams on special projectsJob Requirement:Ø  At least two years of venture capital or private equity experienceand at least two years of investment banking or management consultingexperience or two years of operating experience at a high technology orsemiconductor company, preferably in a general management, product managementor business development role. Ø  Ideally, an MBA or equivalent work experience. Ø  Superior financial modelling, writing and presentation skills inChinese and English Ø  Excellent research, organizational skills福利：五险一金
