Breaking complex matters into easy to understandpresentations that enable the field staff to sell the value of ourssemiconductor products without the need to become an expert.Requirements:1、Master level's degree inelectrical engineering；2、8+years of workexperience；3、Knowledge of schematicdesign entry, circuit simulation, PCB Layout and signal integrity；4、broad technical knowledge of ideally all electric aspects ofAppliances systems: motor control, power supply, battery management, HMI,sensors, connectivity – Hardware & Software；5、Should be activelyinvolved in electronics hardware design and development for minimum 5 years；6、Strong analyticalthinking and willingness to learn；7、Passion for electronicsand innovation, yet entrepreneurial thinking；8、Writing and presentationskills；9、Experienced in customerinteraction；10、Very good oral andwritten English communication skills；11、Willingness forinternational travel；12、Ability to work inmultinational and multi-site teams and collaborate effectively with people indifferent functions；13、Strong time managementskills that enable on-time project delivery；14、Ability to take theinitiative and drive for results；15、Ability to workeffectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment。
