Key Qualification：1.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of physical designexperience, with recent successful tapeouts in deep submicron technology;2.Familiar with block level P&R implementation, including floorplanning,clock & power distribution, timing closure, physical & electricalverification;3.Strong communication skills;4. Familiar with DC, ICC2 and power sign off tool is a plus;5.Experience with DDR, PCIE is a plus;6.Strong scripting abilities in PERL are needed;  TCL or Python is a plus.福利：五险一金  年假
