NO.375-【猎头职位：成都需要两位  Process Integration Senior Engineer / Principal Engineer】联系人：Estelle-Lv,邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位了！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！ Responsibilities: 1.      To be part of the integration team in developing or transferring new processes to the fab2.      Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs3.      Run DOE to optimize/improve process margin and determine process & ET specifications4.      Identify and resolve process integration issues & ET related problems5.      Identify yield opportunities and set preliminary yield targets6.      Work with Module Integration to ensure optimal tool and module convergence7.      Liaise with Customer Engineers to resolve customers’ technical & yield concernsRequirements:1.      PhD/Masters/Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering/ Physics/Material Science or related field2.      At least 3 to 7 years relevant fab experience. 3~5 yrs (SrEngr), 5~7yrs (PrinEngr), 7yrs & above (MTS)3.      Good interpersonal and effective communication skill4.      Strong analytical & problem solving skill5.      Able to perform under fast paced and challenging environment6.        Minimum English CET-4 level.
