ABSTRACT:

The Power-ON reset, which is described here, is a part of the electronics of the Atlas Liquid Argon Calorimeter calibration circuit. A Power-ON Reset is a power supply supervisor which allows to generate a reset signal after a power supply level
detection.

Integrated with a digital circuit on the same wafer, it avoids the use of a discrete component. The reset time range is 1 microsecond to 1 second. It is controlled using two external discrete components.
