【猎头职位：上海需要一位 IT Director】联系人：Raymond-Chen，邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位啦！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！Position Overview:                                                                                                        1、As the Director of IT, primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Asia/Pacific IT resources with varying skills and disciplines, ensuring that the company’s IT goals and objectives are met and/or exceeded；2、Additional responsibilities include the management, strategy and execution of the company’s technology plan；3、Oversight of technical projects ensuring appropriate alignment with company directives and budgets；4、Manage the delivery of IT support and services；5、Vendor management；6、IT contract negotiation; oversight of Company IT Security；7、Preparing  financial budgets (includes the development of  business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives) ；8、Leading efforts to improve IT policy, process and procedures；9、Presenting proposals for Business/ IT projects to senior executives and working closely with Business Leaders to improve efficiencies through automation；10、The director will act as an advocate for the organization’s IT vision via regular written and in-person communications with the senior management team, department heads, and end users.
Responsibilities:1、Leads IT team ensuring continuous delivery of IT support and services；2、Supervises recruitment, development, retention, and organization of IT staff in accordance with corporate budgetary objectives and personnel policies；3、Coordinates and facilitates consultation with management and staff to define business and systems requirements for system changes, upgrades and new implementations；4、Ensures IT systems adhere to applicable laws and regulations；5、Defines and communicates IT policies, processes and standards for the organization；6、Directs development and implementation of a disaster recovery and business continuity plan；7、Manages IT annual operating and capital budgets ensuring no waste or overruns；8、Approves, prioritizes, and oversees the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems；9、Promotes and oversees strategic relationships between IT and vendors/partners； Data center management：1、Oversees IT projects of all sizes ensuring processes for design, justification, initiation, control and close-out are followed；2、Keeps current with trends and best practices in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices.  Advises, counsels, and educates senior management on their competitive or financial impact；3、Must be available for local and out of the area travel as required for job related training. May need to attend all required meetings and functions as requested；4、Manages the relationship including negotiations, day to day operations and strategic direction of IT service providers (voice, data, system monitoring, etc；5、Collaborates with other business leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives6、Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:1、Education:  A four year college degree with major course work in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field；.2、Experience & Skills:  with 10+ Years of IT experience；.3、A minimum of 7+ years in a leadership position that includes substantial experience directing and supervising IT staff, building teams, developing IT policy & procedures and implementing business productivity tools. Previous management responsibility for a comprehensive technology program is required；                                                          4、Must be available for local and out of the area travel as required for job related training；5、Experience developing policies, procedures, and documentation governing best practices for operating an effective IT function；6、Experience in the development, rollout and IT systems, services and support；7、Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and an ability to communicate the highly technical aspects of the IT field for understanding by non-technical professionals；8、Proven experience in solving complex problems for individuals or teams；9、Experience with analyzing and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of options and exercising critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills；10、Proven record of multi-tasking and ability to handle a high pressure environment with significant timeline pressures；
