【猎头职位：上海需要一位IC Architect】联系人：Grace-Tai,邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位啦！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！Key responsibilities/duties: 1、As Architect you are responsible for the ICarchitecture, the technical product specification and the technical executionwithin analog / mixed signal projects； 2、The technical partner of the project leader； 3、On the basis of a functional requirementspecification, will create/maintain the IC architecture and divide this intosub-system and interface specifications；4、During execution will guide the developmentengineers in the design and validation phase；5、By means of planned reviews you ensure — fromtechnical point of view — that the efforts of the individual developers remainfocused on properly functioning subsystems；6、Up to production will determine technicalrisks, define corrective actions and align these with our customers.
Key skills & knowledge: 1、At least 5 years experience in thedevelopment of analog/mixed signal ICs, preferably 3 years as architect in ICdevelopment projects；2、Focus on and experience in bringing ICdevelopment projects towards production；3、Specific knowledge of the relevant technicalareas；4、Creative thinker with helicopter view,capable of finding an appropriate solution to complex problems；5、Good social skills, improvement attitude,able to convey enthusiasm；6、Able to establish good relationships with amulti-disciplinary development team, international customers and subcontractors；7、Fluent in English.
