Leadengineers to handle line excursion, baseline improvement and wafer RMA;3、Preparation and maintenance of foundrybenchmarking for QBR or periodic reviews;4、Selecting and qualifying new foundries and newtechnology to meet product design and quality requirement;5、Cost reduction and cycle time improvement formature products;6、Train and strengthen process team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:1、Master or PHD degree, major inElectronics/Electrical Engineering/Physics/Chemical/Material Science;2、At least 10 years of wafer FAB processexperience, more than 5 years of management experience;3、Knowledge of solid state devices, especiallyMOS device, is essential;4、Able to understand, debug, modify and improveFAB process and procedures and able to manage foundries at different locations;5、Be familiar with Knowledge of product, testingand reliability is preferred;6、Good written and oral communications skills.
