Responsibilities:
1、Lead the development of key partnerships and alliances that create differentiation for company；
2、Identify targets, create business cases, drive internal alignment and develop engagement strategy for partnerships and alliances；
3、Collaborate with Product Management, Technology Development, and Design Enablement to execute successfully on the plans for the named partnerships and alliances；
4、Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders, including internal / external executive management, financial and industry advisors, and participate in outreach to the broader technology industry；
5、Support strategic planning process through industry knowledge, market intelligence, differentiated partnerships and China context and needs；
6、China marketing and messaging to customers, partners, media and key influencers；
7、Media relations and reputation management (traditional media, digital, trade associations, market analysts and key influencers)；
8、Support Corporate M&A team through industry relationships and China knowledge.

Requirements:
1、Bachelor/Masters,Min 10 years of related experience；
2、Semiconductor industry knowledge and experience a must；
3、Top tier consulting and investment banking background a plus；
4、Frequent domestic travelling between 30% ~ 50%.
