Strategic Business Partnership:
1、Enable the business from HR perspective to successfully ramp according to business plans;   
2、Listen, understand & exceed expectations of our stakeholders to the extent possible;
3、Deliver timely & quality services and solutions to meet business objectives;
4、Jointly resolve people issues with stakeholders, upholding clear line of communication, integrity, confidentiality, impartiality and professionalism at all times;
5、Being a catalyst and proactively manage organizational effectiveness and change.

Accountabilities:
1、Set-up of key HR functions and drive implementation of key HR processes and plans;
2、Lead a team to drive HR initiatives that align to business strategy and support the achievement of the organization business objectives;
3、Align HR policies, systems, structures and work processes to the organization’s strategic business goals;
4、Partner and coach line managers in key HR processes (recruitment and selection, performance management, talent management) and continuously improve HR practices/processes;
5、Build and foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization's business strategies and culture for continuous growth and improvement;
6、Actively involve in strategic human resources planning with line managers to meet business and operational requirements;
7、Manage a HR team (direct and cross-functional) in providing day-to-day HR services and support to the business.

Requirements:
1、Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business with at least 8 years’ relevant experience of which 3 years in managerial capacity;
2、Strong knowledge and experience of local labour laws and HR practices;  
3、HR hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment preferred;
4、Charismatic and possess strong leadership;
5、Able to thrive under pressure;
6、Result oriented with keen business acumen;
7、A team player with strong analytical skills;
8、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to people of all levels.
