About the role：
Working in our Image Quality Team, ensuring the quality of the images produced by our firmware and algorithms in a range of camera and display subsystems by undertaking development of our ISP systems and algorithms. This is not suitable for candidates wishing to pursue research in this field.

What will I be accountable for?
To ensure our image quality by undertaking bring up of new ISP pipelines, required ISP modulations and the development of our 3A algorithms.

Job Requirements：What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?
Education  Qualifications：
1、Bachelors or equivalent degree in a relevant technical subject.

Essential Skills：
1、Working knowledge of general ISP and image processing algorithms；
2、Understanding of CMOS and CCD sensor test methodologies；
3、Experience of subjective and objective image analysis and tools；
4、Good report writing skills；
5、Statistical analysis；
6、Working knowledge in 3A (Auto White Balance, Auto Focus, Auto Exposure) algorithm development and tuning；
7、Familiarity with Image quality metrics；
8、Familiarity with Image quality testing software such as IMATEST；
9、Familiar with embedded C programming and Proficient in Matlab.

Experience：
Working experience within the field of Image Quality (for example, 3A algorithms tuning) within a camera, sensor or ISP development environment.
