【猎头职位:上海需要一位Sales Manager】联系人:Ryan-Zhu,邮箱:hr@kthr.com,微信也可查询职位啦!打开手机微信,搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才或扫描以上二维码即可添加,欢迎大家关注!Overview:1Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for aggressively growing the sales ofour products in China. 2This individualwill have responsibility for driving sales initiatives at the OEM, Tier 1 anddistribution levels of the market.  3Therewill be a special focus on providing competitive solutions to Tier suppliersand commercial vehicle OEMs in China.4The candidatewill be responsible for day-to-day interface with various disciplines of ourcustomers, as well as building profitable sales growth through support ofcurrent and future products. 5In thefuture, this candidate will help to establish a sales strategy that willinclude the creation of sales initiatives that leverage thecompany’s relationships, products, technologies and services.  6Thisindividual will provide a clear description of the market and competitivelandscape as well as the “voice of the customer” as input intothe development of the overall business strategy as well as the salesstrategy.
Dimensions:Thisposition will:1Assist indeveloping and implementing a domestic China sales and marketing plan;2Manage apersonal sales and marketing budget;3Beresponsible for maintaining or surpassing an investment-to-profit ratio fortheir sales.
PrincipleAccountabilities:1Creatingfurther reach within the Bus and Heavy Truck markets and identify new productand project opportunities and then seeing them through to sales and growth;2Providecredible insights into the future direction and evolving needs within thesemarkets, and proactively assist in positioning the company tosupport those needs by helping to develop and implement local sales plans;3Assist inpursuing and supporting new product opportunities from both a commercial andtechnical standpoint;4Strengthenand expand current customer relationships so they have no reason to do businesswith any of our competitors in the future;5Playing akey role in guiding the product sales and distribution strategy in coordinationwith the technical team and manufacturing;6Ensurecustomer satisfaction whether it relates to issues of cost, quality, deliveryor service.  Champion and follow through to successful resolutionany quality, delivery or service issues that arise from a customer andfocus on fast response and root cause resolution to the problems;7Championand follow through to successful completion any sales, marketing and productstrategies that are developed including distribution, pricing, warranty,lead-time, service, etc…;8Internally,this person will also work closely with the company’s engineering, programmanagement and manufacturing staffs to help develop a coordinated, effectiveapproach to sales and service.
