Position Overview：
The analog IC design leader will provide technical leadership and manage the day to day development activities. These include carrying out feasibility studies, creating design schedule and monitoring the progresses, conducting design reviews, training and mentoring team members.

The successful candidate will:
1、Manage a team of analog designers ensuring that robust designs are created and that the full validation of the designs is completed；
2、Work closely with system application engineers to ensure the architectures chosen and the implementation will meet system requirements；
3、Collaborate digital design team on the digital front-end design and verification；
4、Coach the layout engineers on analog layout and carry out post-layout simulation；
5、Work closely with test engineers to ensure proper test coverage is achieved for production；
6、Build up design competence and manage team performance.

Skills and Experience Required：
1、MSEE and 5+ years of hands-on experience in analog design including one or more of following circuits: RC & crystal oscillator, bandgap reference, LDO, SAR ADC, delta-sigma ADC, Opamp, PLL, DC-DC converter；
2、Excellent communication and problem solving skills；
3、Experience in leading design team, mentoring junior analog designers and layout engineers is a big plus；
4、Proven record in developing and launching high volume analog and/or mixed signal products into production；
5、Familiar with advance CMOS process, experience in designing circuits in BCD process is a big plus；
6、Have necessary knowledge in the backend development flow such as test engineering, product engineering, and reliability tests；
7、Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
