Responsibilities:  
1、Analyzing benchmarks and customer code performance to find performance bottlenecks；
2、Invent or propose fixes for the bottlenecks, and then implement, measure, and test them；
3、Work with fellow team members, and interface with the OpenJDK community when necessary, as well as other external organizations.

Requirements:  
1、4+ years of experience in the Java VM；
2、Hands-on experience with making modifications to Java VM for code generation and optimization；
3、Understanding of low level CPU architecture；
4、Ability to build strong technical relationships with partners and customers.

Preferred/Plus:  
1、ARM architecture experience；
2、Debug and optimization of parallel, concurrent and G1 garbage collectors.

1、Ability to work independently and be extremely result oriented；
2、Must have effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.   

Excellent communication skills：
1、Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills；
2、Has an inherent sense of urgency and accountability；
3、Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Education:  
1、PhD + 3-6 years experience, MS + 6-9 years experience, or BS+ 8-11 years experience.
