Position requirements:
·At least 2 years’ experience as an advanced skilled Voice Recording Engineer;
·Experience in Voice Technology;
·Experience on Voice Recording products: preferably, NTR and Nice Perform, Verint and Redbox are a plus;
·Solid working knowledge of NICE Voice technology, CCNA certification is a plus;
·Strong capabilities in root cause analysis and problem solving skills;
·Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including Management, clients, and Vendors;
·Technically adept in IP networks and protocols (Ethernet, VoIP, Application level protocols);
·Technically adept in Microsoft Operating Systems;
·Strong interpersonal skills;
·Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies;
·Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Work requirements:
·Min Diploma with experience on Voice Technology/Voice Recording;
·Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources including upper Management, clients, and Vendors;
·Adept at conducting research into technology-related issues and products;
·Willing to learn and apply new technologies;
·Willing to work after office hours and required travelling if needed;
·Voice Technical Certification - Advantage.

Optional:
·Experience and working knowledge of Banking/Brokerage industry;
·Knowledge of DB applications (SQL, MYSQL, Oracle) – Advantage;
·Knowledge of Storage (TSM, NAS, SAN, WORM protocols) – Advantage;
·Knowledge of Security (Domain Setting, SSL,Encryption/Decryption) - Advantage;
·Experience working in large scale IT customization and implementation projects with the ability to translate customer needs - Advantage.

Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support to China L1 engineer, customers and partners on Voice Recording Solutions;
· Installation and configuration of dealer boards, voice loggers, servers and Cisco switches/routers;
·Support all Voice equipment including IP voice recorders (Cisco/Avaya) and call detail recording equipment;
·Support for equipment on site and service of customers under the maintenance contracts;
·Perform relating to various voice and video equipment in office such as performing equipment health checks;
·Provide L1 support for voice service and liaise with vendor for L2 support;
·Provide L1 and L2 on voice recording service and liaise with vendor for L3 support;
·Provide capacity tracking utilization;
·Maintain accurate voice inventory;
·Follow incident management process, problem management process and change management process;
·Any other duties assign as & when necessary;
·Provide guidance and training to the L1 engineer;
·Stage and deploy complicated and bespoke Enterprise Voice Recording architectures, with the ability to configure and setup the IT environments such as OS, SQL, Network, IIS, VMware and deploying customized application layers for new solutions and technologies;
·Be the lead engineer delivering key projects to our customers;
·Ensures that all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented;
·Provide Opentrade support for projects and daily operation; Liaison with internally for L2/L3 support.
