Responsibility:1.       Build and manage the QA team;2.       Build, maintain, and improve test environment and process;3.       Organize resources and implement test plan;4.       Report team’s work status regularly;5.       Coordinate resources to investigate and track bug resolution till closing;6.       Provide customer support as needed.Qualification:1.       Master in computer science, communication, electronic, automation etc;2.       5+ years mobile phone QA experience;3.       Pay attention to details;4.       Good sense on quality assurance;5.       Good leadership and execution ability;6.       Good team-work spirit;7.       Good communication and coordination skills;8.       Good oral and written skills;9.       Good issue analysis skills;10.    Good English ability;11.    Good work record of project/team management is preferred;12.    Work experience of mobile phone development is preferred.
