Responsibilities: 1.reporting to local group manager and AE/EMC-M (technical topics) 2.representation of the EMC-lab to external 3.scheduling (personnel and facility ressources) 4.estimation of testing efforts according to requests 5.cost controlling (MAE, testing orders) 6.training of new employees 7.Planning / Request for invest (MAE) 8.leadership (technical contents) 9.customer service (ordering, appeals, costs,…) 10.responsibility for lab internal processes and safety; definition of necessary actions to fulfill requirements 11.responsibility for all test results (output of EMC-lab)

Requirements: 1.Engineering know-how in electronics and communication technologies or RF-technology 2.min. 3 years experience in EMC lab 3.good command of English 4.compentence in leadership 5.studies (electronics or similar) at a university; min. bachelor degree 224268
