1.Oversee Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR and Admin departments;
2.Manage manufacturing facilities, with emphasis on quality, customer service, production reliability and cost performance;
3.Negotiate, structure, secure and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure cost and quality;
4.Support development of theoretical yields and cost build-up for all products being manufactured and new program quotes;
5.Analyse customer complaints and recommend and implement improvement actions
6.Assist in developing and executing supply chain initiatives;
7.Foster and facilitate cost savings idea generation internal and external.
Qualifications
1.10+years of experience working in engineering, with at least 5 years in management level position;
2.BA or BS degree in engineering, or any other manufacturing related technical discipline preferred;
3.Semiconductor fabless working experience is preferred;
4.Excellent coordination and management ability
