Key Responsibilities
1 Manage the Chinese area of the Online Community on a daily basis
2 Monitor and answer basic technical questions (local AE & FAE team will help)
3 Manage the translation process of the technical documents
4 Generate Community reports on the Chinese area of the Online Community
5 Initiate campaigns to drive traffic and engagement
6 Suggest improvements, developments of the community to fit the Chinese developer needs

Job Requirements
1 Minimum 7 years’ working experience
2 Must speak fluent Chinese and fluent English, reading, writing and speaking
3 Have a technical background (ideally applications engineering) and be able to answer basic technical questions
4 Be able to do basic translation between English and Chinese and vice versa
5 Must be good with people, be able to create strong working relationships with engineering resources in the office
6 Must know how to engage people, foster conversation, asking questions...
7 Being versed in Chinese developer forums is preferred
8 Some background on Communities and Community moderation/management is preferred
9 Experience in multi-cultural environment is desired
