Good understanding of synthesis and physical design (CTS / P&R) methodology.2、Good understanding of timing closure and power / area optimization.3、Good understanding of timing constraint and physical constraint.4、Knowledge of low power methodology. Experience of UPF development.5、Experience with Design Compiler / Fusion Compiler / Genus.6、Experience with PrimeTime.7、Strong skills of automating flow development.
