Responsible for the design and development of high performance Frequency Synthesizer, including VCO, Divider, PFD, Charge Pump, Loop Filter, SDM etc.与射频/模拟/电源管理设计团队一起实现先进工艺下具有竞争力的WiFi6, Bluetooth/BLE以及接下来的WiFi7 RFIC 解决方案。负责高性能Frequency Synthesizer的设计和研发，包括VCO, Divider, PFD, Charge Pump, Loop Filter, SDM等模块的设计。2、Deeply research the top architecture of Integer/Fractional Frequency Synthesizer, modeling of the loop system to determine the design parameters of all sub-blocks, optimize the power consumption/layout area to meet the specifications of phase noise, spur and pulling.深入研究整数/小数分频Frequency Synthesizer电路架构，进行系统建模并确定各子模块电路的设计参数，优化满足phase noise, spur及pulling等性能指标的电路功耗及版图面积。3、Verify and characterize Frequency Synthesizer with SoC/PHY/System teams. Analyze and debug chip issues and find solutions to fix, promote mass production.与SoC/PHY/System团队一起进行Frequency Synthesizer模块的验证和特征化。对芯片问题进行分析和debug，寻找解决方案，推动量产。4、Track the evolution of RFIC design technology and provide technical support for system architecture implementation.跟踪射频设计技术演进，为系统架构实现提供技术支持。福利：五险一金  带薪年假 员工福利  弹性工作
