NO.474-【猎头职位：深圳需要一位  Test Engineer】联系人：Lincy-Cao,邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位了！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！Job Description:l  Overall2  Responsible for post silicon validation- Wafer and Package level2  New product Test development plans and execution for qualification of new products2  Test time & Yield analysis2  Failure analysis driven root cause identification and fix implementation2  Post-silicon validation / characterization - Product characterization on ATE and bench across process corners.2  Responsible for overseeing product reliability stresses as well as new package qualification stresses and test results.l  Hardware2  Provide a schematic and layout input to CAD engineers who develop Probe and Final Test loadboards.l  Software2  Test program and flow development – Creating the test baseline and test code development and qualificationJob Requirement:l  Experience2  Candidate should have minimum 8-10 years’ experience in semi-conductor testing2  Experience in developing the test programs in ATE environment for mixed signal devices2  Strong working experience in Advantest/Verigy 93K/Uflex or any ATE Tester2  Experience on analog and mixed-signal ATE platforms: ETS-300/88/364, Teradyne J750/J750HD/UltraFlex, Nextest Maverick/Magnum, Xcerra D10/DiamondX2  First silicon verification and debug of Mixed Signal devices using ATE tools and bench equipmentl  Knowledge2  Understanding of DFT, BIST, SCAN, Statistical Process Control, and test limit guard banding methodology.2  Sound knowledge on Digital, Mixed signal test methodologies2  Knowledge on Device Characterization and tester to tester correlation2  Knowledge on ATE hardware design (load board & probe card), PCB design tools and Signal Integrity analysis2  Knowledge on data extraction tool like Perl , Data power and programming language C and C++ or tools like JMP and Spotfire2  Knowledge on bench testing and high speed digital testing will be an added advantagel  Others2  Ability in Customer/Design Team communication and interaction with fluency in English2  Able to initiate and execute projects independently and should be a team player2  Willingness to travel (for up to two weeks 2-4 times a year).福利：五险一金 带薪年假 员工福利
