Responsibilities: 1.       Prospecting and the development of new businesswithin existing accounts and develop new potential accounts;2.       The service, development and supply of informationfor the assigned accounts and the development of good relationships withinthose accounts;3.       The balance between short-term gain and  long-term growth for all opportunities andinitiatives to achieve/exceed  presetsales targets and increase market share;4.       General Liaison between the employer, ourdistribution partners  and the customerincluding Product Lines and manage for the escalation process of delivery andpricing issues;5.       Internal Resources ensuring optimal  Sales and FAE coverage for customer accounts;6.       Pricing negotiation based on company’s strategy andcustomers’ request;7.       Accurate and effective representation of company’snew business; development status and messages to the customers;8.       Create, monitor (weekly, monthly andquarterly)  and execute corporate accountstrategy, sales goals, and business plans; 9.       Balanced negotiations, where required,  that bring value to both parties;10.    Successof all implementations, measure and provide relevant information for customerreference stories;11.    Managethe process of updating and maintaining all account information andactivity  in CRM;12.    Overseeall proposals, risk analysis and cost/benefit analysis for opportunities withinyour  area of responsibility;13.    Customer’sindustry, competitive position and strategy to equip yourself as a “trustedadvisor” and to cultivate executive level relationships;14.    Channelpartner to ensure the strong demand creation and fulfillment .Requirements:1.       Strong customer focus skill;2.       Well aware of the needs and trends in the relatedmarketplace and capable in derive differential sales strategies and execution;3.       Demonstrate experience in successfully managingdemand creation, customer intimacy and people management;4.       High motivation and competitive drive to succeed inchallenging and rapidly changing environments;5.       EE graduate with 10+ years in semiconductor sales,plus at least 3 years in manager role;6.       Sound interpersonal and leadership skill, proactiveand highly self-motivated;7.       Good command of spoken and written English andMandarin.福利:五险一金
