Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related disciplines;
2、Extensive experience in a Service Delivery role;
3、Proven experiences to lead a large delivery team;
4、Strong Experience in the IT industry with a good understanding of Internet Technologies ( at least 10 years or above);
5、Foundation level understanding of Project Management;
6、Understanding of IT industry working practices / methodologies;
7、ITIL foundation certification desirable but not essential;
8、Tenacious problem solver, will own issues until full resolution;
9、Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail;
10、Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal departments and external customers;
11、Excellent networking skills, ability to navigate organizations and build strong relationships with C level leaders;
12、Strong negotiation skills;
13、Experience of working with public sector clients (specifically with commercial involvement);
14、A good level of business awareness and commercial acumen;
15、Ability to create wow / delighter moments with customers;
16、Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills;
17、Able to take a creative approach to situations and problem solving.

Key Accountabilities:
1、Build strong partnership relationships with customers;
2、Manage support requests and co-ordinate IT Shenzhen/IT HK support teams to deliver within agreed timescales;
3、Schedule development, testing and maintenance to ensure appropriate quality checks have been completed;
4、Manage customer projects and oversee implementations for on time delivery;
5、Review service failures and produce incident reports when required;
6、Validate, negotiate and process service credits;
7、Produce and maintain service improvement plans;
8、Manage resources in IT Shenzhen;
9、Ensure appropriate documentation is in place for specific support requirements;
10、Organize and chair monthly/quarterly review meetings;
11、Identify project opportunities. - Produce ad-hoc reports when required;
12、Lead, train and manage delivery team to reach the company KPI.

Key Performance Indicators:
1、Strive towards a world class target of 85% above utilization rate;
2、Ensure high End of Ticket Ratings through world class Service Delivery Management;
3、Regular engagement within the portfolio, including onsite (minimum once week);
4、Contribute to install base growth by identifying new business / upgrade opportunities;
5、Control credit memos through good administrative control and negotiation on service failures.
