ON Semiconductor STK984-090A-E 3-Phase Brushless DC Motor Driver

ON Semiconductor STK984-090A-E 3-Phase Brushless DC Motor Driver is a BLDC Intelligent Power Module consisted of a pre-driver and power MOSFET. It has a built-in shunt resistor and thermistor. Various protective functions against over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage and low voltage are incorporated. The BLDC motor drive circuit can easily be designed with a reduced PCB area.
